MINITRAININGPAVILION 2

|
A new outdoor fitness culture. Exercises that can be linked with running, cycling and hiking. Fitness exercises with both a dynamic and static muscular impact. Exercising can be performed individually or in groups. Exercising is for everyone – it is fun, healthy and simple. The MiniTrainingPavilion’s equipment is roofed. The word “pavilion” originates from the Latin papilio meaning “a butterfly with unfurled wings” and a curved rip-stop membrane covers an area of ten square metres. The pavilion is designed to unify a floating sculptural expression with functionality and sturdiness. A solid basic structure and sturdy equipment ensure great durability and resistance to vandalism. It is solid and physically pleasant to use. The roof shelters the user not only from the rain but also from the harmful rays of the sun. Each pavilion has a set of equipment combining exercises for arms, legs and the body. The TrainingPavilion was developed by prominent personages in the worlds of Danish sports and Danish Design. The development efforts were supported by the Danish Foundation for Culture and Sports Facilities and Dansk Firmaidrætsforbund (Danish Business Sports Association).

Two multilevel steps used for training “stairway muscles”, i.e. buttocks, thighs and calves. The steps comply with the renowned “step test”. |

2 BACK EXTENSION
Upper and lower back muscles are exercised while lying on oak boards. An adjustable footrest ensures that the unit can be used by short and tall people alike. |

3 TWISTER
Twisting exercises on the rotating seat are performed with a good grip. An adjustable brake is built in so the twisting is done with the proper resistance. |

4 TRAPEZE
Hanging, swinging and twisting from the rotating trapeze trains the hip region and challenges the user’s coordination plus stretches the shoulders and body. A rotating footrest and an overhead handle can be mounted instead of the swinging trapeze. This makes it possible to train moderate body twists. Especially suitable for senior citizens. . |

INSTRUCTIONS
Each unit is accompanied by simple, easy-to-understand instructional drawings. Three exercises are selected for each piece of equipment.
SAFETY
Although the pavilions were developed for adults, each pavilion has type approval based on DS/EN 1176-1 relating to playground safety.
STURDINESS
The pavilions are designed to withstand the seasonal effects of rain, sleet and wind. They are very sturdy and safeguarded against vandalism. The load-bearing parts are made of galvanised steel. They are roofed by strong rip-stop polyester membrane and all contact surfaces are in European oak.
IMPACT ABSORPTION SURFACE
The TrainingPavilions are designed so the maximum fall height is 40 cm. The impact absorption surface should be made of certified sand or stone material, but certified impact absorption mats can also be laid out.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance instructions are provided. Oak must be oiled and wearing parts must be inspected regularly. TræningsPavillonen offers a maintenance scheme with two main inspections a year.
